Drop an oil & gas lease and it comes back as a record: lessor and lessee, effective date, primary term and any extension option, royalty (3/16 and 18.75% both understood), bonus, shut-in, Pugh and depth clauses — with the leased tracts drawn on the map and an expiration worked out from the term.

Drop your statements — one or a month’s worth — and every printed line lands in a ledger: each property, month and product, the tax and deduction rows re-added, and gross − taxes − expenses = net proved against the check amount before anything joins your books. Per-well, per-payor and monthly totals, a check register and 1099 reconciliation.

Drop a surface use agreement, a pipeline or road easement, or the survey plat that came with it. Back come the standard terms — $ per rod of road or pipeline, $ per acre of pad and production pad, well-site and annual sums, escalation and renewals — with the lands drawn on the map and every coordinate on the plat as a real shape: pads, roads and pipelines measured, priced at the agreement’s rates, and tied to the wells that use them.
Owner+ and upSeparately, the public leases are already mapped. Every BLM and
Wyoming State lease tract is on the map — 13,838 of them, coloured by whether they are
held by production, with recorded and mapped acreage, the wells inside, and the serial
register or OSLI record one click from the tract you clicked. That is public record, drawn
for you, on every plan — the reader above is for your own lease papers.
Every reader is a proposal for you to check, not a title
opinion. A lease status the reader guesses is marked as a guess — it cannot see
production. Fair-use limits: up to 20 pages a read and 5 reads a month on each reader.
Registering a crew. Owner/Operator is priced by the seat — $29.99 each, no minimum. Pick the number of seats when you sign up, add or drop them any time, and annual billing takes 20% off every one. Each seat is its own login with its own wells of interest. Owner+ and Professional are one subscription each.
What counts as an entity?
An entity is one set of books — a person, a trust, an LLC, an estate. Each one keeps its own wells of interest, minerals, surface tracts and revenue ledger, and you switch between them from the header without anything bleeding across.

Month to month, no contract and no data-terminal minimum. Cancel from your account page and you keep access through the period you already paid for.

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial: a card is taken at signup, nothing is charged until day 8, and cancelling before then costs nothing.
